Evolution has meeting room space in Park City, SLC, Lehi, and Provo and can accommodate in person meetings and events in these locations. Evolution does not manage rental properties or sell Real Estate, but is 100% focused on managing HOA's. In addition to management, we have a full time maintenance staff to assist with general HOA maintenance.
